I have 3.1.2 firmware. I update to Surik’s server, Installed Cydia and its at 3.1.3. But, again, my iTunes and iPhone (Settings/General/About) both say I’m at 3.1.2

My host file has been edited like said and I am using redsn0w 0.9.4 but that does nothing even with 3.1.2. I used both cydia and Rock and did have SSH on file message's from both stores. So what am I missing?
