I am having the same issues but with a app called categories. It's a well known app that is being redesigned to be a system function as opposed to an app to make it faster and not having in the background. My problem is Categories is not listed in Firewall IP and one time I accidently clicked allow internet connection. I can't find a way to disallow it as it needs to be able to see the app in order to add it to firewall IP and turn off internet connection.
