Comments on: Firmware 3.1.3 Spoofer App in Cydia

So I installed the app from cydia, and ran it. On the screen, i pressed the 3.1.3 button (my OS is 3.1.2) and then i pressed the reboot button. Then i pressed it again. And then again. For some reason, it wouldn’t reboot on pressing the button. So i pressed the home and power button to reboot. Upon returning to the app, i noticed that nothing had changed.

How do I fix this?

Wondering if there is a replacement for this yet, or is it gone for good? If there is, what’s it called. If there isn’t a bigboss app, is there another app option to toggle from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3?

sosiphone worked. might have to add repo: cy.sosiphone.com though (i had to).

searh for “sosiphone” french repo in cydia. Once installed. Search for fake 3.1.3 – it shoudl be there.

Install (Cydia might crash/close) reboot phone and u on the 3.1.3

I want to stay on 3.1.2 but spoof the phone to 3.1.3 but I cannot find the apps anymore.

fwchanger and firmware 3.1.3 are missing. Anybody know why, or another app that I can use to accomplish this?

You can also just make a copy of the file and put in on your PC. After you reinstalled the patch you can put it right back on your iphone!
(atleast, this is what ive done so far. And so far, so good!)

I have a 1st Generation Ipod touch on firmware version 3.1.2 and i installed 3.1.3 spoofer opened the app and pressed on 3.1.3 and pressed reboot and now my ipod touch won’t turn on either it just stays with the apple logo for a few seconds and then shuts back off i’ve tried connecting it to my computer but itunes nor blackra1n won’t pick it up because it won’t turn on so what happened is it fried or something someone please help!!

I have a 3rd gen ipod touch v3.1.2 jailbroken. Used fw 3.1.3 spoof. Worked, but later ipod got stuck in recovery. black screen, itunes message. Tried to free from recovery with blackra1n,as i have done before, but now it will not work, error message ASL.dll not found. What can I do? do not want to restore with itunes, but dead as is. TY
