Since I updated my 3GS to v3.1.2 my battery drains so fast. I can even watch it drains from the springboard meter. What is wrong with 3.1.2. Sometimes, its almost red when I get up in them morning after I fully charged it the night before.

This is so frustrating. I removed SBSettings and unjailbroken and put it back, restored it from iTunes and and its still draining as it was before, BAD…. Anything you know about please?

do somone now a good program te get my phone numbers in my iphone to my pc, the problem is that my screen is broken en it don’t work anymore.

OK…that sucked. Must’ve hit the enter key.

Anyways, I’m experiencing the first and second issues and WILL apply the update. This has been happening since v3.1 and is extremely annoying. I’ve missed important calls from my family because of this issue.

We’ll see if the fixes actually work, but I don’t know how you think these issues will be fixed without some type of patch. Just because you haven’t experienced these issues don’t mean they don’t exist. If you don’t think you’ve an issue, don’t apply the patch, but to assume that the patch is useless to the masses.

This claims to fix these issues:

* Fixes an intermittent issue where iPhones may not wake from sleep (some users called this coma mode.
* Fixed an intermittent issue that could interfere with cellular network services and require a restart
* Fixed a bug that could cause a crash while streaming video.

Apple doesn’t say you NEED the update, it just says the update is available. It’s up to the user to determine if any of the “fixes” or “enhancements” are useful, needed, or even desirable… many updates offer no benefits to users whatsoever, and since there are no benefits those users have no need or desire to perform the update on their perfectly well functioning phones as is the case here…
