Weather Icon Themes Fix

For some reason, on some phones only, the weather icon will not change with summerboard themes. You only need this patch if you are finding this to be the case for you. Not everyone needs it. This patch removes a couple lines from the Info.plist in the weather icon app folder. If you have any issues you can simply uninstall this fix and you'll be restored to the original condition. After installing this fix, you may need to reboot your phone.
