SBSettings v1.0 is out. Make sure you get 1.0-3 (3rd repack). This release has the following features:
1) Brightness toggle
2) Themes
3) No longer launches at lock screen at all.
4) Home button can be used to close the window.
What did not make it: Application launch dock.  I have been testing most these features all week with success. [...]
