I just switched to 3Gs from my 3G and i was using keyvib and it was the best…Cydia wont even let me download Vibrus 3G….Lets get keyvib back

With 3G / 3.0 firmware. Only vibrates on backspace. Another bad App with no support.

i bought vibrus3g today and installed it on my 3G, now my phone is stuck on the apple logo. i can ssh into it, but im not sure what to check for.. if ANYONE can help… please please… i dont want to do a restore… i’ve been searching the web to see if anyone has had this problem, but no luck so far… :/

For me I tried it, and I offered a version of Vibrus3G for fun …

What was my surprise, when I realized that my paypal payment was recorded, but not download the software Vibrus3G!

It does not even download the program and it gives me this message:
HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden -> HTTP/1.1 403 FORBIDDEN http://cydia.zodttd.com and then RESTART SPRINGBOARD …

there’s more than one person developing for the Cydia store. there’s multiple key-vibrating programs here just like there was 5000 tip calculators in the app store on day 1.

To all those that want to get vibration while pressing a button,i highly recommend to go for HapticPro.Although is is $0.99 more than vibrus3G,but its worth every penny you pay for.

And i agree with anonymous, cydia store should’nt have release two apps that is so similar in function so early on.

There has been a update for Vibrus 3G from 1.0 to 1.01.Has anyone tried it?I dont want to waste my time to reinstall HapticPro again.So anyone kind enough to review it?

Several thousand users will disagree with you Dilly King. First, no one is forced to pay for software. If you dont like something commercial, pass it up. There is no harm in offering it.

Second, jailbreaking offers you apps that you cannot get on appstore – at any price. Something like haptic pro breaks apple’s rules and would never be accepted into appstore.

Are you suggesting that just because the developers want a couple dollars (about as much as a loaf of bread) that this option should be nowhere on the iPhone? Or are you suggesting that the developers owe you to work for free? I am not really understanding.

In any case, there is no harm in adding choices in Cydia. These apps are selling well enough to show that there is a user base willing to pay for some things.
