Don’t let incoming phone or FaceTime calls interrupt what you’re doing on your device any longer. CallBar re-designs the incoming phone and video call interface to allow you to use your device while it’s ringing. Choose to answer, decline, or even dismiss the incoming call depending on your choice. Upon dismissal, the bar will shrink and cover the status bar – a safeguard just in case you choose to pick up the call after all or you accidentally dismissed. You can answer or decline the call from this dismissal view also. Dismissing the call silences the ring or vibrate, which is done by tapping the banner, hitting the Power button, or pressing the Volume buttons. To re-enable the ring or vibrate, simply tap the banner to bring the banner back up. All the above functionalities are available from the SpringBoard, within any application, and on the lock screen. You could be texting, updating Twitter, surfing the web, or in the middle of using any application – CallBar allows you to continue what you are doing without interruption and gives you the option to handle the situation with ease.
* Compatible for both phone and FaceTime video calls
* Supports all iDevices on all firmwares (including iOS 5 betas – will support full version upon release)
* Settings for CallBar can be found in the Settings.app (excludes iOS 5 beta users – iOS 5 full version will support Settings)

will this be compatible with mobilenotifier
July 20th, 2011 at 7:20 pm
Yes – CallBar is compatible with Mobile Notifier according to many users who have both.
July 20th, 2011 at 11:04 pm
only thing not working really well is the fact that it ignores custom or personalized ringtones and vibrate is shorter
July 21st, 2011 at 10:24 am
how did I know they would want money for this?
Of course, because it’s posted on the bigboss advertisement page. smh
July 21st, 2011 at 7:35 pm
Not everything on the front page costs money
July 21st, 2011 at 8:20 pm
I’m not sure what you’re complaining to..
Developers of free tweaks don’t usually take the time to promote their creation so it would naturally be fitting to see motivated persons posting here. seems like a nice service to offer to the developers, whether it’s paid or not

Working just fine on my i4, 4.3.2.
However, it doesn’t ring on BT headet anymore.
July 27th, 2011 at 8:31 pm
Bluetooth and custom ringtones completely bypassed. Price should really be lowered until these shortcomings are addressed…

My 3gs 4.2.1 32G is really full of apps; recently repeatedly locked by incoming calls in lockscreen going to safe mode after wards and this app helped me out of that problem without the need of a restore :-).
No more crashes… you’r the man Elias!!(limneos)
money more then worth it!!

Who can tech me?
August 8th, 2011 at 8:50 pm
My compliments to the designer!! I like the idea of this app tremendously but I have an one major issue with it. I don’t want it to be active when the phone is locked because it blocks the use of the I’m Busy SMS app. I tried setting it so its turned off on the lockscreen and indeed it doesn’t show but neither does any other option to answer the phone. In fact it locks the phone up completely and I have to reboot in order to unlock it. Like I said tremendous app but unfortunately unusable for me at the moment.

August 16th, 2011 at 2:17 pm
Just purshase thé app but still crash my phone when i receive calls…fucking app
August 16th, 2011 at 2:33 pm
on twitter they talked about new version – but nothing new for over a month – incredible for a non free app
August 17th, 2011 at 1:37 pm
There are two things that need to be updated for this is be almost perfect.
1. individual ringtones do not work as the default ringtone in settings is the only one that you can use.
2. when headphones are plugged in or bluetooth is connect. there is no ringer through the external earpieces.
i have purchased this so please come up with a fix soon.
August 18th, 2011 at 1:57 am
1. Fix the custom ring and vibrate issue WERE PAYING FOR THIS
2. Give us an option to stay in the app during the call. Whats the point of seeing who’s calling then answer and it disturbs what you’re doing!??
August 19th, 2011 at 7:47 pm
Still Waiting on fixes, ugh……

What Raul said. Crash, then safe mode. Every call. 3GS running 4.1.
August 25th, 2011 at 12:20 pm
Mine doesn’t crash, but when you answer it the phone either continues to vibrate the whole time during the call and even when it’s over till it’s been respringed, or the ringtone will keep playing in the background. Had to uninstall it because of it, every call the phone would sit there and vibrate forever.
August 26th, 2011 at 10:06 pm
Yup it so
August 27th, 2011 at 5:40 am
It cause conflict with iBlacklist. With normal iBlacklist, the block number will only vibrate. With Callbar, iBlacklist ring 1-2 second. After uninstall Callbar, iBlacklist work properly again.
Also, on the lock screeen, I can’t use the power button to disconnect the call. I’m not sure it’s the problem with phone itself or the problem with ToneFXs1.0 (not the 2.0 that doesn’t work – aka trash).
August 27th, 2011 at 6:29 am
Finding it more and more obvious I shouldn’t have paid for this tweak and utilized a cracked version if it isn’t going to receive an update to fix the crash issue. Useless
August 27th, 2011 at 5:58 pm
yup. same here. this tweak simply doesn’t work. crashes when a phone call comes in. Facetime calls are silent. 100% not compatible with ToneFXs and the developer has gone silent. Completely useless. I’m about to hit saurik up for a refund.
August 28th, 2011 at 5:20 pm
How to download and instal it?????
September 1st, 2011 at 9:28 pm
It doesn’t work with iBlacklist! iBlacklist can’t block CallBar. The phone call still comes in and CallBar appears on top. However, iBlacklist does get it recorded in its log.
Now I’m not sure whether it’s a problem with iBlacklist or CallBar. CallBar has otherwise been working properly on my i4 with 4.3.1 However, blocking some specific numbers is more important to me than the convenience of CallBar. :(
September 2nd, 2011 at 11:37 am
Mine doesn’t crash either (same as Anonymous above), but i get the same, when you answer, the phone either continues to vibrate the whole time during the call and doesnt stop till it’s been respringed, uninstalled it.. rather use EZDecline.. no problems in using that with Im Busy SMS.. and im running ios4.3.3 .. i wouldnt pay for apps without trying the cracked ones first
September 5th, 2011 at 3:24 pm
Had the same exact problem. Initially got an email saying that it is being fixed but nothing has been done in over two months and the developers will not answer latest emails.
I want my money back!
September 8th, 2011 at 3:36 pm

September 24th, 2011 at 1:49 am

September 24th, 2011 at 6:44 pm
You can now fix lost community sources by loading cydia, on home page tapping on “more package sources” and then at the top of the page, any lost community sources will be present. Tap on them to reinstall / fix them.
