The iPhone Dev Team has released an update to Ultrasn0w that unlocks the iPhone 4. If you decide you need to unlock your baseband for use on an unsupported carrier, make sure you do not take firmware Apple updates (such as 4.1 when its released). You can install Ultrasn0w from Cydia. Ultrasn0w is in the dev team repository, which is a default repository in Cydia.

Stop rushing to update your phone, especially to DEVELOPER only releases not intended for the general public.
You aren’t a developer. I guess you are still cool that you have 4.1 on your phone huh? Not.

Yeah 4.1. The beta release for developers only. Never install these if you care about a jailbreak or an unlock. You’ll be waiting a long time until it’s actually released and the team has had time to jailbreak it and unlock the new modem firmware.

How do i unlock/jailbreak my unactivated iPhone 4G .. Obviously i can’t get on cydia.com or jailbreakme.com to download these apps. Is there a workaround way using computer.

Hey guys. I need help. Anyone knows how to get my visual voicemail back up? For some reason it stop working. Not sure of the reason. Maybe because of jailbreak or unlock? I can still receive my voicemail the old way but won’t notify me if u have a voicemail. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
