At Occipital, we’ve been working on improving ClearCam since we launched it in February. For those of you that haven’t heard of ClearCam, it lets you take sharper, 4 megapixel photos with less noise on the iPhone.
In the latest version, we’ve added the following features and improvements:
- GPS data is now enabled for all photos taken with ClearCam
- *Premium Feature* Full Size Email for ClearCam photos (improved from the beta in 1.0.5). When you email from the camera roll it resizes photos down to 800 by 600, which is lame.
- Improved stability and memory management
- Premium features re-enabled for all users for 15 days

We’ve also lowered the price for the premium version from $9.99 to $5.99. <cheesy infomercial line>So buy it now before I get fired for practically giving it away!</cheesy infomercial line>
We’ve had almost 470,000 downloads since we’ve launched, and enough purchases to keep our tiny three person company going. We appreciate all of our ClearCam users and the feedback you’ve all given us. You can always reach us at customer_service@occipital.com.
And yes, ClearCam really does take sharper, 4 megapixel photos with less noise =).

It would be great if they implemented a zoom as well.
I would buy it in a sec.
