newbie question if i install this on a jb tethered 3gs,then when it reboots if i jb again will irealsms be installed?

uhmm, well you can’t install this app unless you have a jailbroken phone. why would you install this app, then for no reason reboot it and attempt to RE-JAILBREAK, a jailbroken phone? am i missing something in your question? If you are using a tethered jailbreak, the re-running of Blackra1n or Redsn0w to boot your phone IS NOT CONSIDERED a jailbreak. You are simply forcing the phone to boot a modified firmware package that is already present. Running Blackra1n of Redsn0w only jailbreaks your phone the FIRST time you run it on a fresh restore of the firmware. Each subsequent time, the progam is ONLY used to BOOT the firmware, it does not modify anything. SO YES, iRealSMS, and all other apps, prefs, info, etc. will be right there when the phone boots with the aid of a tether.

You are probably looking at iRealQuickSMS version 1.0.3.1… this is a different application
Make sure you dont get them confused as iRealSMS has come out with different products over the years. They leave the old versions up as archive as iRealSMS 1.3 only works on 1.X firmware
iRealSMS 2.0 works on 2.X and 3.X firmware
iRealSMS 3.0 only works on 3.X firmware
and iRealQuickSMS works on 2.X and 3.X firmware but is only a lite version of the product… not nearly as good as the iRealSMS 3.0 app

No you won’t. All your jailbroken apps will still be on your phone. If it’s tethered jailbreak, you just need blackra1n or redsn0w to boot up your phone. That’s all.

iRealSMS 3.0.1.2 released… purely bugfixes for users whom had trouble with the device saving their license.

downloaded trial. Keep getting trail expired message no valid license for this device shows up in dialog box. Using 3gs at 3.1.2 jailbroken with Blackra1n rc3
